Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of teamtreasury.com and related services (“Service”) provided by TeamTreasury(“TeamTreasury,” “we,” “us”). Using the Service constitutes acceptance.

TeamTreasury helps youth sports associations collect team dues and track every dollar. Payments are processed by Stripe and settle directly to the association's own connected bank account. TeamTreasury never holds, custodies, or transmits funds.

• You must provide accurate registration information.
• You are responsible for account security and activity.
• One person or legal entity per account.
• You must be 18 or older to manage an association's finances.

Board members, treasurers, and team managers act on behalf of an association. By creating or joining an association you represent that you are authorized to act for it and to submit the information you provide.

• Dues, sponsorships, and other payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe's applicable agreements.
• Funds settle directly to the association's bank account. TeamTreasury is not a bank, money transmitter, or payment processor and never takes possession of funds.
• Refunds, chargebacks, and payment disputes are handled by the association and Stripe. TeamTreasury does not issue refunds of collected funds.
• Processing fees are set by Stripe. Any platform fee is disclosed before checkout.

You may not:

• Use the Service for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized collection of money.
• Submit content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Distribute malware, phishing content, or harassment.
• Scrape, abuse, or attempt to reverse-engineer the Service.
• Resell the Service without written permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

You and your association retain ownership of the roster and financial data you submit. By submitting it, you grant TeamTreasury a non-exclusive license to process, store, transmit, and display it as needed to provide the Service.

You represent that you have authority to submit this data, including any personal information of families and youth athletes on your roster.

Team pages published with a public URL are read-only and visible to anyone with the link. You choose what to share. Do not publish sensitive personal information.

• The Service is offered to associations on a paid subscription billed through Stripe.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Pricing may change with notice.
• Taxes are your responsibility unless we collect them at checkout.

The Service, including software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by TeamTreasury and licensed, not sold. No rights are granted other than those needed to use the Service.

You may close the account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach of these Terms or for legal reasons. On termination, public team pages may be deactivated.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

TeamTreasury provides record-keeping tools, not accounting, tax, or legal advice. Your association remains responsible for its own accounting, tax filings, and compliance. Payment processing and settlement depend on Stripe and banking partners.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeamTreasury's aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts paid to TeamTreasury in the twelve months before the claim or (b) $100. TeamTreasury is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

You agree to indemnify TeamTreasury against claims arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts located in Minnesota.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
