FAQ

Questions

Do we need a new bank account?

No. The team or league uses the account it already has. Fees settle there directly through Stripe.

What about collecting on Venmo?

Skip it. Fees land in the team's bank, not a coach's personal account, so there's no 1099 risk or trust gap.

Can parents see where the money went?

Yes. Families get a read-only view of fees and every expense with receipts.

Get the books right.

3 teams or 30. Bring every dollar into the light before next season.
